Default 1999 XJ Cherokee Diesel Coolant Leak - VIDEO

Hi Guys,

I have a Coolant leak on my 1999 XJ Cherokee Diesel (see video).
I am trying to work out exactly where it's coming?
Anybody seen this before, and any advice on what i need to do to fix it would be great.

Can't really see where it's leaking from. Might have to take the belt off and have a closer look.

X2,
Cant see much. It could be a leak on one of the oil cooler hoses.

If you want easier access. Take off the thermo, then the belt then you should be able to have a better look.

Default coolant leak

Could be the water pump. That is the only thing in that area that has coolant in it. Behind the pump there are some hoses too. you might need to look from under the engine.

There is more room if you take the air cleaner out. That is what I did when I redid the oil cooler on mine. The hose clamps on the coolant lines to the oil cooler are a pain to get to.

Thanks Guys,

Its not the water pump, it is the round hole next to it.
I have taken a photo, the water pump is circled in blue, the round hole were the water is spraying out of it circled in red. Can anyone tell me what this is, is it part of the engine block? Can anyone compare with there XJ's, should there be a cap over this hole?
