WK diesel replacing oil cooler coolant z hose

Got the car back, finally- all the hoses done properly-
No apology but the manager at least acknowledged it should not have happened.
He looked sheepish!!
To ad insult to injury i had Automasters send me a email asking how i liked my
experience!!

Absolute disappointment !!
As a matter of interest, was talking to my sister in law's friend today, told her of the saga, “oh, thats where i get my car serviced”.
Makes me wonder how many of these chain store repair shops are ripping people off !!
Had it got to a point where you have to do this sort of stuff for a shop to survive ?

I would answer it truthfully and maybe a Google review just saying to check the work was carried out..... I see they don't really have all that good a write up on Product review.com.au

Bloody oath, you have nothing to hide, say it like it is, they done wrong by you, imagine being hundreds of kays from home, and one of the suspect hoses let go and destroyed your engine when you trusted them to carry out the preventative work and they DIDN'T.
Do a review and name them
