Replaced the steering damper yesterday. The old one was shot. Did the rear sway bar last week and replaced it with a stienberger one. Not any better Han the original but I got it for a good price and not much more than buying just the replacement rubbers by themselves.

Havent posted on here for a while.
Jeeps been great.
Had a trip coming up to Victoria last April.
Had been using alot of oil.
So decided it was time to put the alleged record motor in that we had sitting there for a couple of years.
Honest reason, so I didn't have to carry 4 litres of oil.
Needed to keep it light as possible, as wheeling some of Victoria's hardest tracks loaded.
Changed shocks , OME were making me feel sick.
Happy with the Ranchos.
Thought better have a snorkel.
Have been thru water over the bonnet plenty of times, but Victoria is a long tow truck ride.
Performed flawlessly.
Did oil change today. Hadn't used any.
Bodgied up the rear adj control arm.
Locking collar had deformed.
Flattened it out, replaced the bushes.
Pressed it in as threads stuffed.
Put another washer on and tacked it to stop it popping back out.
The front need new bushes.
Ordered some , but Rough country changed the newer arms and don't list a bush.
So ordered a full set of Currie adj arms.
Thought may as well replace the front diff bushes with Johnny's.
The drivers side kept coming loose.
Will weld the Johnny to the reinforced mount.
Happy 20th TJ.
Rear sway bar bushes need doing , will order.
Be ready for another 20 years of abuse , not sure I am.......
