People who let there cats roam piss me off, they are great pets but they need to be kept inside. Just as any responsible owner wouldnt let there dog roam the streets cats should be treated the same.

But dont hurt the cats, its not their fault the owners are ********wits who need a bullet, catch em and take em to the rspca or the pound and keep doing it everytime they get let out until the owners learn.

make a trap using some sort of cage and a one way door and put food in it to lure the cats in and somthing to set off the door

bring the cat to the council and the owners will get a fine for letting the cats out

and dat way u know whos cats it is ... so no more of "its not my puss"

Easy as. Just complain to council. They send out an inspector. He sets up traps and the owners get fined. And if the cats are not chipped, they end up at rspca. All in all you can go back to peace full night dreaming about Jeeps.
