Have a walk into a BMW service dealership and see how you're treated - alot of dealerships could take a leaf out of they're book.........

if i owned a jeep dealership i would electrify the floors so i could press one
button to euthanize all the ******** retentive owners that expect their mass
produced low quality vehicle to drive like a Bentley .
having spent 18 years in the auto industry i know how unrealistic peoples
expectations are , ie trying to get parts replaced out of warranty even
know they signed a warranty agreement that states the date/klm
that warranty expires . or tryng to get warranty on parts that suffer
from water or mud ingress even though it is clearly not a manufacturing
issue or trying to get warranty on modified vehicles even though they
signed the warranty agreement .
the customers purchase these vehicles and sign these agreements
but get all sooky when it doesnt go their way then wonder why
service staff dont care.
