No word on what the cost difference will be, but I am lead to believe that 3 major retailers of AEV bars in Australia haven't been informed of this by AEV.
I'm not 100% sure on this part but the supply issue could have something to do with the very average quality of the factory standard steel bars and Jeep working hard at improving quality control since the merger with Fiat.

I had to get my mopar front bar powder coated and not replaced (for the 3rd time) due to rust because the original manufacturer went bust. I shoul have waited till the AEV/mopar bars came in. Doh!
