Anyone with good reviews of the lift?

I can't justify going the AEV 2.5" at $2500.

Justify it now!!!!

I've got the ome and have had no problems in 6 years and 140,000k, very happy with the product and the service from ARB Kilsyth and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Call Jeep Konection in Melbourne, the AEV 2.5" kit is around $1.2k. I'd love to know where you got the $2.5k figure?

Yup I too have been running the OME lift for 6 nearly 7 years nearly 100,000ks and am happy with it. Done the Simmo, APY lands, Sydney run, NSW Highcountry, bordertrack blah blah blah so its been well used.

Bout the only thing to get eventually down the track is extended sway bar links, mine eventually 3ish years stuffed the front swaybar link bushes. In the short term I just put the longer rear links in the front and removed the rear sway bar. That was bout 3 years ago and its fine without the rear sway bar.

Mind you I had one of the first 2" lifts and it was more like 4", even after all this time its still 3 - 3.5" in the front and close to 4" in the rear. Had a good wheel alignment done when fitted and hasn't been touched since. No death wobbles, no dramas. Prob will get the OME 4" lift down the track mainly for the extra droop, longer shocks, extended brake line brkts, swaybar discos, adj panhard etc
