I just bought R clips from bunnings (I think they are better than the spring loaded ones that come with the JKS as mine flew off in less than a week) The size is 5/8" x 7/8"

[QUOTE=WhiteMeat;1400121]Happy days re the axle! You didnt look particularly happy that first day @ Wooders...

The JKS web shop only ships to Canada & USA - was originally going to order 24 clips (8 for me and then watch everyone fight it out for the rest) but it was not meant to be

Looks great! Just noticed today that the uneek bars are temp out of stock... first waiting on the tax cheque... then temp out of stock... I think there is a message there......

Oh yeah, patience :P

Definately worth the wait. I also spoke to Dave about bash plates and he has confirmed he is developing one for the bar. Maybe by the time they are around you can get both

I'm heading off for 2 weeks traveling up the coast to Sydney. Going to take my time, do some fishing, coastal photography etc.. Put a quick tailgate shelf together last night with hooks so no drilling/hinges etc.. 2 secs to put it on, hang the Versa light from the back window and got a perfekt kitchen light. Bunnings shelving working a treat too !

Yeah, not one of my better days that one. We live and learn! The second one was much easier at the second tool box day and re-did the first one (when the new axle arrived) in my garage at home so I'm now well practiced!

Not to worry. As I say, I've not had any issue with mine so far.

I got my spare spring clip pins from the local bolt shop when I was getting a set of correct size bolts for the front control arms.

When my Poly discos are a bit tight due to unlevel ground, I just lean on the JK a bit to get it into position to hook them up or use a short crowbar to lever them off. That & a little WD40 to help them slide on/off the pins works a treat.
