Default one minor problem...

Had the XJ for a few weeks now but one thing really gets to me - where do you put your drink!? there are no cup holders or places to wedge it in.
i spose i could get some after market ones but they are usually crap and im not sure if they will fit in the vents.

anyone solved this?

I had a aftermarket drinks holder which attached to the armrest and went covered about half of the handbrake.

took it off and about to ebay it as found it easy to drive holding your drink while driving an automatic.

Saw a thread on here a while back regarding putting home made ones on the door. Will try and find it.

haha yes, but driving while holding your drink, eating a burger and trying to remember which side the indicator is on = a handful

Good thought jimbo. Not sure about it's effectiveness with coffee though.

They make these ones:

Looks a bit awkward with the handbrake though - As Robdogg was saying
