Super pleased with the purchase. The CRD in these trucks is just silky smooth, and has great power and torque now so I can't wait to see how lively (and better on fuel) it will be with a GDE tune.

Quadra-Drive II is just simply the best 4WD system I've ever seen on a stock vehicle. Can't wait to try it out on some tricky inclines and ruts.
You wont be disappointed mate.

Ive had mine now for nearly 2yrs, and she gets used, dont worry about that! And so far apart from diff mounts, I havent had any major issues with it. Strong driveline, lots of power (specially once you stick the GDE in it, you wont know yourself!) you will enjoy it!

Cheers. What sort of fuel consumption are you getting with the GDE tune? From what I've read you get more torque and better power delivery, and better fuel economy as a by-product. I'm getting pretty good economy now (about 9.5L/100kms on hwy cycle) but you know, better is better...

Dads WH has got the GDE on it (he is drj33p if you want to see his rig), his weighs roughly 2.5t before fuel and stuff for a trip, plus he tows a 3t offroad van...

normal shyte sydney driving he will get about 13l/100, hes had sub 12's driving up to our place in Tamworth towing a box trailer with gear, and averages about 17 - 18l/100 fully loaded with 200L of diesel, plus gear and the van for a trip.

to drive it as it is, you'd never know that its a big heavy unit, itll blow the doors off alot of cars if you feel like dragging people in it!

his is around the 184kw and 596nm with the eco tune. not sure what the hot tune gives you though
