Default 1974 cj5 body mount placement PLEASE HELP!!!

hey guys i have purchased an energy suspension body mount kit specific for my 74 cj5, but 4 of the mounts are a different size and come with two metal sleeves and i have tried contacting them and other places to find out where these 4 different mounts with the sleeves are meant to go but with no luck. ive attached an image, if someone who owns a 74 cj5 or has worked on one could chime in i would be forever greatful. thanks in advance.
