Oh yes! Called them straight away about the wrong screw & emailed pics of the damage to them same day.
I'll call again on Tuesday to see if they have anything to say, otherwise it will be a drive down & drop the shrouds in the office & complain loudly, while the other customers are dropping off cars...

I know this is an old thread but has anyone had the clock spring replaced on an updated interior model JK?
I had mine done the other day and noticed the top shroud was also changed.
It is now grey, apparently part of the recall and only comes in grey. My interior is black so this obviously looks shit and sounds like BS.

I know the recall installs new shrouds that are supposed to block dust more effectively, but that is just stupid of them! Call up FCA & check it?

As I started this thread, I suppose I should reply to say I had mine done, no issues
other than the horn getting stuck on while in the shop. they sorted it but all I could hear for a few hours was honk!
The actual clock spring work would have taken them 20 mins if it wasn't for the horn

I'm still waiting for this and for the rear mirror heater recalls to be done.
The only reason my local dealer finally stopped f#$king me around with the airbag recall was because it was made compulsory otherwise they wouldn't have fixed it until I let them service it at the same time.

Well, that should be illegal, if it isn't already.
