I've driven some seriously overgrown, closed in tracks and I have a 1.2m high GME 4705 on the front of my JKUR in a dark grey colour.

I've never had a single problem with it mounted at the front and it's come into contact with a lot of scrub.

I've seen one badly damaged, and it was fitted by an extremely well known Melbourne based Jeep Wrangler specialist. They mounted it between the spare tyre and rear window on the top of the spare tyre carrier so only the top 2/3's was showing above the top of the spare tyre, leaving it nowhere to flex.

I've lost count how many small fibreglass whips I've seen broken and have broken over the last 20 years.

Only time I've ever had a problem with mine was in an Ikea car park and I was too lazy to take it off, I just "pushed" the 2.1m sign gently out of the way.

Try and get yourself some Zaino Z9 and Z10 to clean and protect them. It will really bring out and keep the leather smell. I've used it for years on all my leather seats and highly recommend it.

dont want to say as the service was exceptionally crap! I wouldn't recommend them, they don't deserve free advertisement from me.
Your better off to just contact your local motor trimmer.
