I'm seeing my tire guy next week so I'll ask him if he will look at it

I guess all tires aren't without fault but I've run four sets of BFG's and never had an issue, much less a puncture or tear, I run them because I want the least weight I can get with at least a 33" diameter - BFG 33x10.5x15 = 50.8 lbs / 23 kg

Literally any shop can balance 35s when they aren't faulty.

I know of one guy who does have an old school machine but I know he isn't interested in doing outside work.
I would ask at machine shops, or maybe a tyre shop that caters to the truck industry.

Try Bridgestone Select at Hoppers Crossing, thats where Trax Industries sends all their heavily modified vehicles for alignments etc.

Default Goodyear Watergardens do great work

Also, if using aftermarket rims fitting hub centric rim spacers is always a good measure

If you sell them consider BFG's as they are one of, if not the lightest LTT on offer so they tend to balance easily.
The BFG KM's are actually 7lbs or about 3.5Kg heavier than the Wrangler MT/R Kevlar, the Goodyear's ar pretty much the lightest muddy around, brilliant tyre.

Have a chat with Matt at Goodyear in Watergardens, they fitted and balanced my 35" Wrangler MTR's with no problems at all.

It depends on the size, they list the 315/70r17 Wrangler MT/R [load range D] at 66.7 pounds.

Same as the KM2 in 35x12.5r17 [load range D]

The Mickey Thompson Deegan 38's however are a bit lighter at 62 pounds.

The Toyo/Nitto/Grabber are far heavier of course
