Hi DarwinDave, were you able to get a price for the turbo hose from the dealer in Brisy? I have been trying to get a response from the Albury dealer for 3 weeks now. Hope you have more luck up there, I'm about to see if I can get one of the silicon ones from o/s. Garry

Hi Basil,

The dealers here in Brisbane haven't bothered to reply to my phone calls so I have given them a miss.
I have sourced a pair of hoses from a wrecker for $250 so this will get me mobile again.
I received a reply from a wrecker in Sydney who also has a pair of hoses for $250 plus freight. A link to them is as follows
SALES@ALL4WDSPARES.COM.AU.
I looked at the silicon hoses from O/S (Russia I think, JIRSILICONE) but they were very expensive, one hose was $150 US plus shipping and who knows how long that will take.

Cheers
Dave

Hey Basilbear 56,
Check the other turbo/intercooler hose as it was my passenger side turbo-intercooler hose that was cracked, a longitudinal crack about 2/3 of hose length and when the driver's side one was removed it had signs of starting to crack the same way as the other side. However it hadn't completely split but wouldn't have lasted too long/.
Cheers
Dave
