Has anyone bought these?

https://www.outbackequipment.com.au/...kit-foot-rails

Im trying to work out if I can attach my existing Titan Tray to these rails.
https://titantray.com.au/

Anyone have any idea if it would work before I order? The slats on the Titan Tray run North/South.

those are just the rails for the frontrunner kit . They won't spread the load any better as they are not engineered for excess load rating from the jeep rating of 68kgs. the only one that is legit excess load rating are uneek .

chief have theirs coming out soon (lol) and are apparently engineered to 150kgs

if uneek rack is ~$1600 then you can bet your bottom dollar they will be closer to $2k for the chief rack . Bill did mention they might be releasing just the rail kit as well as the full rack so for people like me who have many rhino accessories we get the best of both worlds but only time will tell .

It certainly looks the business.
Just spent a bit of cash on ARB bullbar, Stedi lightbar and a GME UHF so I was trying to save a bit of cash. I bought the Titan Tray at a caravan show on a whim, sort of regret it now and should have just spent the cash on a decent roof platform in the first place.

Back onto the subject of roof loading. Think twice about what you load onto your roof as its all bolted down onto just sheet metal.

Im not sure whether to laugh or cry, keep or offload.

Thanks for photos... I've not seen the underside roof yet. That looks like an easy opportunity for an upgrade kit comprising reinforcing plates and replacement fasteners.

Cheers, Steve
