does it have a good service history?? 200k is nothing its just getting worn in,
check for oil leaks around the turbo, intercooler pipes, and rear main (not a fun job to do).
if the intercooler pipes are factory rubber pipes check them over for any possible holes, lots of oil on them would be a good sign of needing replacement.
make sure the coolant looks well maintained, if its mud brown then I would probably avoid it.
ask if its had any over heating issues, has it been overheated before or if its had any head work done.
take it for a good drive and see where the temp gauge sits, try and see if it blows a lot of smoke.
people will probably try and talk you out of a diesel but I have had mine for 11yrs and don't think I could ever part with it the fuel consumption can be pretty good mine it running about 10l/100k on 33's and stock gearing, some parts are expensive but that's with any car,
