I've had mixed experiences at different dealers. There's one near us that has a great crew, but unfortunately they're not a Jeep dealership. Over the years I've bought about 10 cars from them. As for the rest, they've been pretty average, but no one has ever really deceived me.

the problems for me have never been with the salemen, who have been fine, but with the guys in the service department once you've bought it - that's where the bad service starts.
