I just replaced my original drag link with a Synergy one courtesy of Johnboy. Bit of hassle getting the old one out, (it was in there for ~150,000km), but the replacement went in easily.

Feel SO much better! The old ball joints were completely stuffed.

What size lift are you running ?

Running around 2.5in lift, had these made to suit measurements I wanted to get max droop without sacrificing uptravel. Front running 11.2in travel and rear 10.6in. Going to give them a good test over the weekend running some faster terrain to work out how close valving is.
What are the open and closed lengths? $$$ per corner? What weight loaded/unloaded have you had the valving made to control??

Set up for 2350 loaded with front bias on weight. Not 100% sure of the valve as left that up to the superior boys, will be up to me to give feedback and change valving if needed.

Front 702 open, 423 closed. Rear 680 open, 415 closed. Wanted a little more uptravel but something had to give. Should be around $355 give or take a corner depending on whether you change anything. I would wait until we get mine dialed in a little so we can get bit closer of tune. If a few guys are interested might be able to chat to the Superior boys about making it an off the shelf part.

Started work on the replacement hitch for the trailer.

A ply template, some careful drilling and it all lines up Trailer sits level, rear door and tyre clears everything, can't ask for more. Tomorrow some welding of the side braces and the hitch is done.

Cheers
Steve

Finished the hitch mount other than giving the square corners a trim to round. Was recovering from a late night and early morning run so packed up earlier than planned.

Cheers
Steve
