I had some rock rails fitted the other day, made by a guy for me localy. Very strong can jack off them maybe there overkill, but that never hurt anyone. Just trying to work out how to post pics.

i always think these sort of ones wouldn't go astray with some plate underneeth to avoid getting hung on the supports.
