Awesome project Gojeep. You really have the time and patience.

What is the estimated budget for this project?

Budget, what is that!
If you make one, you need to double it anyway. I have had my biggest expense already getting the grand which accounts for around half the total build cost if things workout. Wont be taking any short cuts though just to save a few pennys, but will use as much as possible in what I already have from the grand to keep it under control. Least I don't have any rebuilt costs on the parts from it.

The strip continues.

Stainless 2.75" exhaust and fuel tank is out.
Huge muffler makes it way too quiet so won't be using it.

Cut the windscreen out. Then cut it up with my 9" grinder with a diamond blade. Next time though I will wear more than just shorts and sandals as was picking out the glass splinters from under my toes!

Like the arms on the rear axle. Nice and strong with decent sized bushes. Glad the arms are not the pressed tin ones.

Back end is clear of everything now. I can pick the whole rear up quite easily with all the weight of the engine forward of the front stands.

what do you think of the rust protection under the body now its bare gojeep?
i go onto beaches a bit and always wash clean underneath straight away once back home, putting the hose into all the holes in the frame and flushing all the sand out, theres always plenty of it in there.
i'm not that impressed with the underbelly paint job myself although 4 years of offroad hasnt started any rust yet.
is there any hidden sand collection points you would think i would miss?
The muffler is big enouth for a truck and is anti hemi haha.
on another note are you going to sell off the unwanted parts and where will you list them?
