Melbourne City Chrysler Jeep Dodge are replacing my 2012 headlight assemblies under warranty. Didn't need to show them anything in the end.

Default wk2 day light lights

So dealer replaced the headlamps today, think their refurbished headlamps sent out by Chrysler as you can see a tonne of glue what looks like resealing the lenses. Anyway it's the little things...

Point is, I went to adjust the headlamps when I got home, I noticed clips are missing, found one down the tray below in the engine bay, left hand lamp was not bolted down properly as you can see the photo - talk about what monkeys they have for tech. Then on the right hand lamps the 10mm bolt was missing! How the heck do you lose a bolt on such simple replacement job?? God knows what else is broken or lost on taking off the bumpers...

Went straight back and got them to put in the 10mm bolt. Till next time...

They were Baffled for words. Mean while the other customer next to me was whining about how his been driving with a left mirror missing as they been slack in ordering his parts.
