there is a relay and fuse you're right it is a fire waiting to happen have disconnected it in till I get the appropriate electrical gear

it looks good but where am I going to put it ?
I will be able to use the daystar switch panel with it not too sure anyone know

finally got it on I must say this is most definitely more harder than the snorkel the snorkel was a piece of cake to install

there was a couple of minor issues that I ran into on the spindle housing they forgot to Fred the whole for the zerk fitting so I had to go by a thread tap tool also on the tyre carrier Mount the bolt wasn't long enough for the stock tyre so I had to go to Bunnings in true Bunnings spirit they didn't have the right bolt so I had to go to autobahn thank God they did
other then that everything went together pretty good

Good to see you've got it on Mitch but there's plenty of aligning of the plastic tanks and bar height I can see yet to do!! The gaps should be alot closer than that

Have you also greased the spindle and done a few rotations?

There are 2 bolts on the kit for that tyre holder setup.

So when are you flogging that front bar off so we can get an AEV Premium on there

hi Stuart

yes I have greased the spindle pump a lot of inox mx8 GREASE in it and it is working very good

for the alignment I will have a look at it after work tomorrow I see what you mean

mate I like the aev premium front bar but my avenger mako tds 12.0lb winch will not fit in it lol
