Help finding a part
Need any help to try find this rubber part for the hearbox or the name for it so i could buy a new one and replace it?! If anyone could also link me to a video or just explain briefly what i need to do to replace? Mainly just looking for help to find the part

Make one up from plastic/rubber or pick one up one from the wreckers

Agree,
Go to Clark Rubber. You could buy what you need to make your own for a lot less than Jeep would charge you.

I’d use a tuning fork to pop the shifter knob. Use a crow bar or a piece of wood to lever the fork against and pry the knob off..not yours. Youpubes or giggle it.
A good practice at the wreckers

Re use that part. Put it back around the shifter shaft & use a drop of super glue to stick it back together.
