Why only 1 tow hook on the back?
Why do jeeps have 2 tow hooks on the front but only one on the back?

Thank you. In the video the rear recovery point is at the centre of the vehicle.
On a Jeep, the rear recovery point is not in the centre. It is offset to the left.
What will that do?

I think you will find they are not recovery points & are only rated for tie-down.

Yep, those are not tow points. Nowhere near strong enough to load up safely. You can get a tow point that goes in the hitch for the back, though.

For a JK, on the aftermarket front bar, or the aftermarket MOPAR hook sourced from the US...
It doesn't come with any, as they recognised that the majority of uses who would need them would be replacing ANY stock front bar, anyway. So "to keep vehicle costs down" they installed what is, essentially, the cheapest front bar that passes the safety & legal requirements.
