Default 1970 HG Premier

1970 HG Premier featuring 400 Chev V8, 9" rear, Turbo 350, engine made 540HP on build. Currently making just over 400HP at wheels. Still more tweaking needed.

Yeah wanted to go Convo Pros on the wheels, they look tough, but they like arseholes…. so got Crager Smoothies instead with a massive dish on the rear.

We got a run on Saturday night, hasn't been outta the garage in over a month so will hopefully get some more photos.

Next project is moving from a mechanical fuel delivery system to electric with 1/2" lines all the way through.

Look great but I don't like the bulged bonnet.

I do have to agree with you also, prefer my old bonnet with the FJ bonnet ornament from my dad.

The reverse cowl isn't just done for a look thing, need to room underneath for the intake manifolds height. Things you do to chase more power.

Upside is I bought the reverse cowl as a full fibreglass bonnet (fit is shocking) so I still have my other one hung up in shed.
