im doing nothing to it, just doing some repairs that i should have done ages ago...

Found out today the guys at Liverpool Exhaust do extractors for the WJ. They manufacture their own and sell them under the "Huracane" brand. They're a 4 into 1 set up and whilst a tight and time consuming job they have done a couple. Price quotes was $1200 including 1 x high flow cat.
Currently there are 3 cats in the system but i am lead to believe that the two up high are there to aid cold start up emmissions. We don't have cold start up emmissions test in Aus so maybe these could be deleted?? Dunno for sure but am trying to find out.

The other choice is to replace the standard muffler. Like all factory jobs it's restrictive - as proven by not only the quietness but the numerous hotsport visible. Pissing off the center cat and fitting an 18" straight through (or quieter, your choice) muffler in stainless was $450.

Ideally 1 high flow cat with the two up high deleted would be better but agian, the legalites need to be checked properly.
