Default Anyone been into Thomson State Forest in the last few months?
Looking to spend a few days in there over Christmas and curious if anyone has any reports from the area, specifically the following;

Dream Creek Track
Pheasant Track
Williamsons Spur Road
North East Track
Flats Track
Donnelly Creek Track
Army Track
O'Tooles Flat & Surrounds
Jorgenson Flat & Surrounds
Merringtons Flat & Surrounds

Interested to hear what rivers crossings were like after all of this rain, track conditions etc. This will be the first time taking the WJ in there and not keen on pushing my luck with the CRD and water particularly after all this rain we've had. Have had the TJ in there plenty of times so I am familiar with the area but have not visited for over 2 years. Keen to hear of any recent experiences.

For anyone interested. We did this trip from Dec 27th to 30th staying at O'tools Flat.

track condition is fine, creek crossings are low and you would hardly know we have had all this rain...Recommend a trip in for anyone keen on a weekend (or more) away.
