Yeh, 30K is a lot of mullah.. but they give you some good ideas on some stuff that can be done. I was only looking at new 15 inch rims, and now i think i may go with more modern 17 inch rims with 285/70 tyres or thereabouts.
Not sure why they only do an open diff... i think if you asked, they would do anything, but a diff upgrade should come standard at those prices.
My brakes were crap with 35's but a simple upgrade to EBC Yellow Stuff pads and the Jeep was locking up... also, bloke next door has a brand new Ford Ranger and... it has drums on the back.
As for the cup holder. I had one of those centre console after market ones that no can fits in and its a pain in the crack to use the hand brake.
I just got the Mopar one that goes on the side of the console. Haven't fitted it yet, but hopefully it will be a good major upgrade and for only $20

I sold mine too cheap, stage 6 + options for substantially less than a stage 1.

Cheers

I hope to get mine up to stage 11 at some stage. Some say that stage 11 with options is the highest you can go.

Mods are only worth something if you find a buyer who actually wants them...when I will get to sell mine, likely in 1 or 2 years, it's pretty much sport stock but one that was one of the best maintained XJ's around...all for the future owner to mod the hell out of it haha.
