Default Underbody protection

Hi Guys,

Apologies if already asked, has anyone fitted the ASFIR brand of underbody protection plates to their WK Diesel?

Cheers

Considering I’m buying one at the end of the year I’d be interested to know about this too.

Doug.

works out more expensive than buying the mopar set for $850 from vic plus chief trna plate. plus the chief and mopar gear is steel not ali , plus asfir doesn't protect fuel tanks and funnily enough the fuel tanks are where most of my hits have come from

I bought the aluminium front protection plate cheap second hand... but got sidetracked talking to the guy and didn't notice there was a nice clean additional bend where the previous vehicle must have been in a serious accident. I must remember to thank the seller for that. Anyway, a few bucks at the local engineering place had it straightened out fine.

The front mountings utilise the small 6mm bolts into the lower radiator support bar. That's probably my only criticism...

Thanks everyone for your input, I decided to go with the Mopar and Chief set up.
