Hi Guys,

Thats the ARB off the shelf bar that I have modded myself as part of what I do / offer. I cut all the top section off, tig weld in extra plates and blanking plates, bog and polyester the whole bar and 2 pac body colour code. I have not done one for the WJ although I'm pretty sure there's a few topics floating around this forum with a fellow with a white one that has done the same thing for his WJ?

The build-up includes (90% complete):

EXTERIOR:
1. ARB bullbar. Colour coded (light khaki)
2. Warn Winch 9.5XP, 6Hp
3. CRDSTU's custom King Springs and OME LTR shocks (2.5" lift)
4. Wheels – AEV Pintler (argent)
5. Tyres – BFG KM2 265/70 17 (9% taller gearing)
6. IPF800XS driving lights
7. Long Range Automative auxiliary fuel tank
8. CRDSTU custom skid plates group
9. Mopar fuel tank and transfer case Skid Plates
10. 4XGuard Rock sliders (to be fitted)
11. Superlift diff guard (to be fitted)
12. Snorkel - Gibson (Airflow) with Safari ram head
13. Rhino heavy duty roof bars & alloy Roof Basket
14. Window tinting - now includes front windows
15. GlenD custom mudflaps (to be installed)
16. Rear worklight

ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN:
17. DP chip - mapped to snorkel and 3" custom exhaust
18. Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller
19. Dual battery (Optima and Piranha isolator) - installed rear of cargo bay and integrated with drawer system
20. Diff breather extension for rear diff - into engine bay
21. Provent CCV oil separator (to be fitted)
22. CRDSTU custom 3" Stainless Exhaust system
23. Reprogrammed ECU gear shifts - adjust for taller gearing caused by larger tyres (to be flashed)

INTERIOR
24. GME UHF radio and aerial
25. GlenD custom drawers system with table slide and fridge slide
26. Engel 40 Litre fridge
27. Cargo barrier - Autosafe
28. Navman with OziExplorer and Hema maps
29. Extra 12v outlets (for fridge, DVD player etc)

OTHER:
Fire extinguisher
First aid kit
HiLift jack (mounted to roof bars)
Long handled shovel (mounted to roof bars)
