Angry XJ wont start

So i just replaced the motor (2.5 TD) in my XJ and now she wont start
I don't get any fuel in the high pressure lines.
I know the injector pump works because it came from the other engine
can anyone help me out here.

Glow plugs ok?
Is the electronic fuel valve connected & working?
You can try starting it by having some one spray WD40 in the turbo inlet & cranking it over. I have done this on many diesels when they are a PITA to bleed. You can let it run for a whole can of WD40 if you like, it wont hurt it. Normally for me it only takes 10 to 20 sec to do the trick.

It is also posible that the CPS or the MAP are faulty.

Had the engine been wound over by hand with the injector pump out? And had the cog fallen out of position? if so the injector pump would be out of timing.

They are too difficult to time requires remove of the crank pulley and front cover.
