The mbrp cummins twin turbo on 35s is my best. That would satisfy most compromises, most likely more touring oriented. Thats the sh1t.

If I had psychos rig though, I wouldn't give a toss about touring, id be too busy out flogging the tits off it every weekend.

I agree TCF, if I owned any of these tough trucks I wouldnt care about not being able to do touring duties. I wouldnt agree that having a hemi is the best engine for a tourer. Going to like the pics in this thread I think...

None of these vehicles being discussed are cool enough to make the front cover of 4WD ACTION though.

And we all know that being the cover vehicle of 4WD ACTION makes you the bestest around.

Which means you will need to drive a Landcruiser or Patrol to have the best JK.

As mentioned not everyones has the same idea
I am pretty happy with this combo for touring or getting away + the occasional day in the bush
CRD auto chipped, ARB bars, rock sliders, 9500lbs winch with amsteel rope, 4 x HID's, 2.5" lift, 33"A/T's, snorkel, rack and basket combo with high lift jack, awning and rod holders, jks discos, teraflex diff covers, fridge and battery in the back plus the usuall 12v outlets, uhf, navigator etc
15,500Kms through central N.S.W, outback QLD and the savanna with no problems and the wife still uses it as a daily driver
There is a couple of things still to do poly bags in the rear, long ranger tank
But i wouldn't knock back a 2 door rubi with 37's for the weekends either
