Default Best All Function OBDII reader?

I've done a search of the forums, but cannot find much on the best OBDII scanner to purchase for my 2008 CRD JK.
I have a cheap one but it only shows engine codes and not chassis and brake codes.
I've been looking at the Foxwell ones but they have a big range of units and I think I'm looking at $200-250 to get an all functions unit. Just not sure which one will suit best.
Has anyone purchased one? or have any recommendations?
My real reason is I have the ABS/ESC lamps on and want to diagnose which wheel is the culprit, but as my JK is getting on a bit I think it will be a wise investment for future issues.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

OBD Link Mx+ works with the Jeeps well and can pin switch allowing access to all modules

If your a member of an auto club you could call them out and their scanners would tell you.
That's what I did when mine started acting up.
I would also like a descent scanner but I would probably require some education on the results it gives.

Hey RLT
Some of the half decent ones give you all the info..eg..what the code is for etc.. but I think the more info you get the bigger the $$$...
I'm not a member of any auto club at the moment... (tend to only call Jeep Assist and pay my fee when I breakdown seriously and cannot limp home (clutch incident comes to mind....)

That paired with AlfaOBD can read every bit of trickery in the car and change a ton of things too
