If you have an Android TV, Raspberry Pi or some other way to run Kodi, use the Fusion repo (repository/plugin) for heaps of streaming movie and TV "channels".
The movies and TV streaming still use P2P downloading a lot of the time, same as torrents, but instead of storing the movie they stream it (uTorrent can also do the same thing).
Regardless of the method you use to get these movies or TV shows, you should use a non-AU proxy, preferably with encrypted traffic, or a non-AU hosted VPN because ISPs now keep logs on P2P traffic (they are required by law iirc).
