ive just fired off an email to 'off road engineering' to see if they'll send me an idle control unit, i'll let you know (if they will do it) how much.
I also just bought the Sprint Booster module too but i dont know if it will work in tandem with the manual idle module, or only one plugged in at a time?

I have been using an AEV Pro Cal Module for near on 12 months now, on a petrol and it is a good thing I do not use the idle up feature as I dont need it but I used it to recalibrate my speedo for my 33s and to change the shift patterns on the auto, being a petrol it still uses a lot of fuel but with the module the car changes smoother and the average useage for everyday driving around town and on the hhighway is about 14l per 100 kswhich is down from 16 before the modulde

According to the User Manual, the Tyre pressure monitor will turn off automatically if driven for more than 20 minutes above 24km/hr with wheels with no sensors inbuilt, then the ignition is cycled off/on. It will then only turn back on if the same procedure is followed with wheels with sensors in them.

Havent ried it myself, just happened to read it in the manual

Hey Turbomart
AEV and Superlift made one of these for the grand, I fitted one in my 06 CRD,,,, It resets the speedo, resets the ESP, and includes one touch lane change indication and also reverse exterior mirror tilt.
Works perfectly from the day I plugged it in.
cheers

Smile ProCal rocks!

I bought 1 in the USA at a Jeep Jambo for $50 - 18months ago - the best money I have ever spent on my Jeep!

I have changed my rims and tyres 3 times (now run 33's on 16's, tried 35's on 17's) and changed my diff gears once (was running 3.21's now 4.56's).

to keep the speedo running perfectly is dead easy and only takes 1min. - infact as I was driving my jeep out of the diff service centre after changing my diff gears I reached down and plugged the procal into the obd port to reconfigure the speedo for my new gears and diff mechanic said "Hey what r u doing" I said " just reprogrammed my speedo to match the new gears" - he said "what the.... that easy!" - "yes it is!" I said. - I highly recommend it - I drive a 6spd petrol 07 JK and my speedo matches both my GPS"s!!!
cheers Hunty

If anyones interested I got that 'Off Road Engineering' Hand Throttle Module delivered. Total cost to my door $443Aus
It will work in combination with my 'Sprint Booster' http://www.ozadventure4x4.com.au/node/107 too so im happy about that, Sprint Booster cost $399.
Once i get it all fitted and tested i might start a separate Thread on these two throttle control devises.
