Default TJ Soft Top Sharpwrax Spoiler Roof Rack Set for a Pemberton Run

Now I have a TJ I have opportunity to test the new range of Sharpwrax on my own rig.

This is a Spoiler. It's a mini rack with a 1200 x 800 tray. Just gives that bit more space and looks pretty cool at the same time.

Here is my initial setup. I have a new twill top. Front cross bar just slightly touches it. Will have to adjust the jig to make the rack 15mm higher. Bummer as I like my racks as low as possible but this was just a little too low.

Bags look bloody ugly and loose as this size was for my previous JK with 35's.

Feedback welcome.

Looks pretty good. How long does it take to put it on or take it off and can it be done by yourself?

For me it would be the sort of thing that would be awesome but i would only have it on when i'm doing trips away so i need to be able to remove it all on my own and put it all back on on my own.

Good questions.

I actually put this on myself and then bolted on the tray. Would be a bit heavy on your own if the tray was attached first. The frame on its own is quite light. If you want further protection for a one man instal I put gaff tape on the tub top. This minimizes stress of scratches.

It looks so good on why would you want it off!

Hope its not a silly question, but how would you be opening the lids on the boxes on top ? How do you access them....

You step up on tyre holding rack bars. Commando boxes latch open from the outside. See the 3 latches. Easy. These boxes are great as the lid allows you to stack in lots of gear.
