Default 2008 Jk wrangler 16000km's clutch gone!
Not sure what is supposed to happen when a clutch goes however last night driving along my clutch got softer and softer until it was only biting at the extreme depression of the pedal. After about 30km's stopped at a traffic light and that was it, could not engage any gear, clutch just was very soft and went straight to the floor. Not sure if it is even possible to ruin a clutch in 16000km's. I got the car at 8000km's and am very soft on the clutch so whoever had it before must have been a terrible driver!

petrol or crd???

check fluid level in reservoir

not sure it has one, but if it does, should be on the firewall. Check where the clutch piston goes and follow the lines

Just had a look, it seems to be shared with the brake fluid reservoir

Its not your clutch its your slave cylinder. Just top off brake fluid in your brake fluid reservoir. Its uses the same fluid for clutch master cylinder.

You should be under warranty not a big job just get the dealer replace it.

I checked my brake fluid before and it looks like it has dropped however it is over the MIN mark. So if the clutch is shared with the brakes could this still be the issues, should I just top it up to the max mark?
