Default $1.09 and rising.......wtf

Gas has just gone up to 109.9cpl wtf??????????? At that price I am on par with petrol, cost wise. Gonna get to the stage where I might as well yank the gas system and refit a stock petrol tank.

Regards A

Yep, thats why i ripped mine out ages ago. Gas was going to sky rocket regardless of war or price on oil. Im actually surprised i haven't gone to a diesel with the prices these days.

Yerr this week I am gonna do a price comparison. Gonna do two days on 95 and two days on gas. I reckon at 1.10 it will be much the same cost. Just less power on gas. Once it goes up another 20c I will rip it out and workout a way of running the aux and stock petrol tank.

Regards A

Diesel is 162.9 here at the moment. Petrol about 10c cheaper, LPG is around $1
Its all about having a low value dollar.

After they did the rebate they also set the excise tax to come into play.
A$0.05 per litre on Liquified petroleum gas used as fuel (Autogas or LPG as it is commonly known in Australia) till 30/06/2014. Increments of 2.5 cpl is applicable every financial year till July 2015 where the total excise will be A$0.125 per litre.
