CPS error code

Hey ppl, thanks in advance. Ok my 94 XJ has been dieing whilst driving. It will just cut out while driving, sometimes it/ll have enough momentum to restart itself. I chcked error codes (thanks GO JEEP), first came up was 12 (Battery disconnected) second was 11 (No crank signal to computer) third was 21 Oxygen sensor or circuit (02 sesno replaced 2 yrs ago). My questions are this:
1/ CPS is the sensor on the bell housing, I have been quoted $155 is this normal?
2/ Whats the difference between Crank position sensor & Cam position sensor (all US websites say that the CPS is for the Cam Sensor).
3/ Is there anyway to repair the existing one?

The cam shaft position sensor lives in the distributer an doesnt normaly go. There is no-way to repair the CPS price sounds about right.

i paid $210 two weeks ago for a cps,it seem to fix the problem or should i say the jeep has'nt stopped like it was.
there is some in the us for cheap

i allready brought my new one when i found the ebay cps,they seam cheap but maybe ok,postage is $20usd .
