Default Two footwell water tanks

Hi guys,

I'm currently overseas for a while so I can't get to the Jeep to measure for myself.

Could anyone have a look and see what the chances are of getting two of the frontrunner rear footwell water tanks to fit if the rear seats were removed?

water tank

Rear seat removed space

Water tank dimensions

I feel like if they fit, these might create a good amount of usable space

Has anyone had any experience with them?

Cheers

Hi Mate, that one doesn't fit too well. But the Boab footwell tank could not fit better.

It has a cutout that fits around the cup holder. It also has nutserts in the side to secure the tank (to something you make).

Here is a pic of mine.

I tried to fit the boab tank under the rear seats, it was really close to fitting but just a tad too tall.

So I would say that two of them would fit very easily. You could almost fit the second under the seats if you spaced the brackets up a little.

Does anyone know the weight of the rear seats once they're out of the jeep?
