The jeep went well on the wk end beach trip. Well enough to kind of rekindle the sickness...
Installed a new led light bar this arvo, and hope to get the new VT fuel injectors in before the end of the week after work.
Also rigged up some fluro lights under the house yesterday so I can work on it at night in comfort rather than by torchlight!
And have been contemplating grabbing a second hand hood from the local wrecker to experiment with a hood vent set up...

Can anybody tell me whats the go there?
All my FSM's tell me to remove it! It's a 98.

'98 only has the front sensor.

Fixed the tailgate door latch and replaced the gas struts.
Nice to have the door opening when I want it to.
I wonder if the old struts would work for the bonnet.... Hmmmm

Dropped my head off at my local machine shop today. Known the owner for years. He looked at my head while I was there and commented it looked in good nick. Must say the oil and the underside of the valve cover was super clean. $100 bucks for a hot tub clean, surface grind and to fit new valve stem seals.
Gotta be happy with that.

Only surface rust RB. When you're finished it will be an awesome rig!
