hey dude, tversity used to be a good product some time ago, but is relatively useless for streaming to consoles now. Considering both 360 and ps3 now support mpeg file formats in avi housing. So you should be sweet as far as files go, tversity has been known to be a massive pain aswell.
My suggestion is to forward your ports, similar to Jeff's suggestion, this will help you open up the port to allow outgoing and more importantly incoming streams. What you might also need to do is allow the 360 in your virtual servers list, which is available through the router settings.
By standard, router settings can be accessed by typing 192.168.2.1 into your browser...im not sure if thats standard to netgear, so double check.
Make sure you 360 is fully updated also. Also, you said you have allowed the sharing via wmp 11, but have you added content and it will also prompt you to allow the connection when you try to connect for the first time...
