You can contact Steiger directly regarding the window regulators (they are actually the manufacturer of the after market replacements). They sell direct to the public, world wide.

They offer window regulators compatible back to 2002 models, petrol and CRD. As the KJ was sold in the world export market for those years.
As far as the parts mentioned just above, stay away from US spec ECMs, TCM, etc with the exception of Green Diesel, who still sells export model electronic modules, some of which provide significant torque and fuel economy improvements (I installed both the GDE ECM and TCM in my CRD, in fact mine was the test mule for the export model of their product). Surprisingly, there are some very cheap electronic parts readily available, as an example the Boost Control Sensor is a Bosch product and if you search for the Bosch part number you can probably find them on eBay. I replaced mine years ago and paid about $30, and it turns out the same sensor was used in some GM engines. . I spent some money to build up an engine sensor replacement kit, crank position sensor, cam sensor, transmission input and output staff sensors, etc because I was doing a long outback trip in the Simpson Desert and wanted to have replacements with me, just in case.
Remember that the Liberty (in the US market) was sold as a petrol version in the US going back to 2002, so most interior items, and some drivetrain parts would be the same. However, heavy parts cost a small fortune to ship, if you can even find someone willing to send you one. Driveshaft, transmissions, etc I would forget about. As an example, I bought a heavy duty torque converter from a company in California and the shipping cost 1.5x the cost of the torque converter ( and that was pre-GST on private imports).
You can still buy aftermarket half shafts, many of which are excellent as they have better CVs. JBA used to sell them and they would be backward compatible, but be aware that in the CRD the front diff is offset, so the front half shafts are of unequal length. In the petrol models they are equal length.
As far as major CRD engine components, the correct model numbers are the VM RA 425 and RA 428, I would seek advice from VM directly (in Italy), or VM Specialist (UK),

as the CRDs were sold in the UK and Europe from 2002. The engine was used in some London taxi models, so parts are available. I know several years ago it was still possible to buy complete head assemblies online, rebuild kits were also available - complete kits, including cylinder liners, piston, rings, bearings, head gasket, etc.
There are VM Motori engine parts suppliers in Australia, one is in Maitland NSW I believe, and they can import for you but know what you want before you contact them.
So the Internet can be your friend when trying to keep an old CRD on the road.

The Holden Colorado Ute, sold in Australia, was essentially a VM RA428 model, I recall having a close look at one when they were first released here, and many parts were identical.
