Well just spent a week camping at Mt Cole reservoir in Mt Buangor State park and it was awesome bloody cold/wet but awesome. The trails varied from Graded roads to Extreme and we only drove about 10% of them the Hardest being the power line track heading up to the TV tower. I had a couple serious goes at it but without a second vehicle as support I didn't go full retard. I reckon that Track alone would take 8hrs to do the 3-4km with a couple vehicles. But there were plenty of technical Hard tracks that keep us amused for hrs on the bikes and Jeep. Im double locked and 35's and it was challenging in the wet with the mix of granite boulders and mud. Gave my Beadlock rings a bit of a tune up, haha. Definitely recommend it as a camping 4x4 destination. Would be great with a couple capable vehicles. and in 5 days we saw 5 people so we had the place to ourselves. Best part of all it was only 5.5hrs from Adelaide, 2.5hrs from Melbourne.
