Default Health issues

I'm currently experiencing health issues (insomnia, ED). I go to the gym, so sport is not a solution. What do you do to lead a healthy lifestyle?

To help you sleep I recommend seeing your chemist for a product called Restivit. It's a sleep aid to help your body get back into a sleep routine.

Ignore the dosage on the packaging and just take half a tablet around 20 minutes before you go to bed. If you take what the packet says, you'll feel tired and dopey for the rest of the day.

I served in Kuwait in 91 and Iraq in 2003 and go through periods where sleep is hard to come by or I fall asleep quickly but wake an hour later then spend the rest of the night wandering the house. I find Restivit to be the best no prescription sleep aid to take.

As for ED, talk to your doctor, products like Cilalis will do the trick.

Well more often then not these issues may not be a physical one....

I’d see a Gp and get a good work up done, but I’d also consider if there is more of a underlying mental stress...

Plenty of help and options available to you my friend.. all starts at your trusted GP

GP’s that bulk bill are still free. Please see a GP and don’t be afraid to get a blood test done. Might be a simple vitamin deficiency, highly likely Zinc if you’re suffering ED.
