Thanks Tog,

So after the alignment mine looks to be about 10-15mm short of yours in the front and the same in the rear. Not the 40mm I was expecting.

Yours was much lower both front and rear than mine which partially explains the much more visible difference in the pics.

Might invest in some Prado packers for the front and do a clevis lift, get it re-aligned and call it done. I'm pretty happy with it over all and was realistic that it still wouldn't look like a monster truck afterwards.

Mine is 525mm (includes 10mm clevis) front and 530mm rear.

This is with the TJM heavy duty front and rear.

The front used to be 530mm as well and after six months seems to have sagged 5mm.

Thanks KJ75, pretty much what I think I'll need to do to level mine up a bit. I know a bit more height in the rear is good, but the over 20mm difference in mine is a bit much.

Looks like I'm headed out to ARB today to grab some Prado Packers. The fun with the dremel to file them out.

I might also check with my mechanic who fitted my lift to see if any packers came in the boxes. Guess I should have opened them to see what was inside before handing the car over.

I managed to fit the clevis lift without a complete removal of clevis from the shocks.

I took the 10mm rings supplied by TJM, and cut out a small section (cut a 1 cm from the ring) that allowed me to gently fit the rings around the shocks.

I also made sure all nuts and bolts were tightened as per spec and use Blue Locktite.

You will need another alignment after fitting the clevis lift.
