Does he ship directly to us or are you going to group buy and arrange frieght from your place?

No idea yet I'm guessing it will be shipped to one place and we organise it from there as these will be coming from the factory and he is in the US. I may try and get a shipment to each state rather than all to me and then people can pick them up or organise to have them shipped from there.
We may even have to go pick them up from the factory, I dont know where it is. If it's not in Sydney someone else might have to take on the job of driving out to the factory and picking them up.
