Default Willys P/U VS FSJ wheelbases.

Has anyone the knowledge?
FSJ Wheelbase/ chassis specs. Length etc. 84 model.
Same for the Willys P/U. 54 model 4wd.

Std FSJ wheelbase is around 107 inches. I've lengthened mine by about 2 by moving axles, also reduced overhang in the process.

As for Willeys trucks, dunno. If I see Smokeys firetruck in the next few weeks I'll whip out a tape measure.

The Willys is longer by about 9 inches from my own measurments, thats with both Jeeps parked side by side.
I can measure both too but where do you reckon I might be able to find "official" measurments. Engineer requirements.

Measurments for the Willys truck should be
WB:118 inches Length:183.8in Width:73in cheers mick

I know of at least on willys p/u going on a GQ chassis the mock up fit made it almost look like it was a factory design fit up, even the curve of the rear bulkhead on the cab lines up

you get big diff's big chassis and coils alround makes a lot of sense when you look at chaning all those things anyway
