How many rollers / ball bearings ?
Guess we'll have to wait for an answer there

The WH front OME drive shaft CVs have more balls than the cheap imports.Must distribute the load more evenly, and get better articulation therefore should last longer. However I would not put Chinese wheel bearings in the van or cheap front wheel bearing hubs in the WH either.

Factory prop C/V has 6 ball bearings like the replacements.

The factory drive shafts (Half Shafts) have 8 ball bearings unlike the non genuine ones that have only 6 and won't take the punishment when off road.

RenOvator, are you fitting the cheap ebay units ,or the expensive Hardie Spicer ones. As I said previously I would not fit an obscure Chinese made bearing anywhere in the WH unless it was just a get me home job.*8 balls against 6 in the drive shaft cv says it all.!!

Few oil changes back I used some oil flushing concentrate from CEM
Ever since the dam oil leak from the valley has returned
The engine is covered in oil & I'm putting a litre every fortnight into her

What is more worrying is it's started to lose coolant now too
So I bit the bullet and ordered another seal kit with a new oil cooler this time

Know what I'll be doing the next coupla days
Drinking a lot

Might do mine this oil change
